FAYDE is committed to customer satisfaction- if you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within the time frame listed below, in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange.
Credits will only be accepted when a copy of the invoice is included.
*Sale items can only be returned if the product is under warranty or the incorrect item was received.
Fayde delivers Australia wide. On the East Coast it is 3-5 days. On the Western Coasts 3-10 days. Fayde uses Australia Post for all local shipping. We send out tracking numbers to all online orders.
If for any reason you would like to return your product to us please follow the simple steps below:
- Please email email@example.com for your return authorisation number & enclose this reference with your return merchandise(Please indicate on your email the product code and size along with the reason for the return).. To check if your exchange items are in stock, just jump on the website and make sure your size is available.
- Pack all items with your invoice and authorised return authorisation number in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. Please ensure that all boxed items are securely enclosed in a satchel as we are not able to accept them if damaged.
- Returns to be addressed to FAYDE, PO Box 2952, Burleigh BC 4220
- Attend your local Post Office and send to the above address. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest insured Registered Post as FAYDE is not liable for lost return parcels.
- Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 48 working hours to ensure you receive your exchange/Credit as quickly as possible. So you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming your exchange or credit, and how it is being processed to your original form of payment.
- FAYDE will gladly cover the cost of shipping your new product if the product is faulty. If goods are returned for other than production fault, a $10 fee will be charged to your nominated credit or debit card prior to the return of goods.
If you have a faulty item please attach pictures of the fault so the item can be assessed before a return is approved. In cases where a faulty item was received a pre-paid shipping label can be emailed to cover the return costs on the faulty item. If goods are returned for other than a production Fault a $10+GST fee will be charged for the return of the goods.
Please make sure you enclose your original invoice, along with a clear description of the fault. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need a new copy of your invoice. We aim to have your return or credit processed within 24 hours of receiving.
